3 Account Registration and Use

3.2 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided during registration must be true, accurate and up to date. If false information is provided, vd8com may close that account and forfeit the associated balance at any time.
3.3 Single Account Only
Each person may operate only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any associated winnings will be considered void. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is also prohibited.
3.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or sharing your login details with a third party is strictly prohibited. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vd8com currently processes deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase somewhat during verification processes or in other circumstances.
4.5 Identity Verification
vd8com reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal. As part of this process, the user may be asked to submit a copy of their national ID card or passport. Accounts may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious transactions.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. However, the bonus will not exceed ৳10,000 — for example, if you deposit ৳12,000 the bonus is ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.
5.2 Turnover Requirement
The turnover requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means the bonus funds become withdrawable after wagering 25 times the bonus amount. If you attempt to withdraw a bonus before meeting the turnover requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms.
- A bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
- If multiple accounts are used to obtain any bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled.
- vd8com reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Turnover requirements may also apply to winnings obtained through bonuses.
5.4 VIP Program
The vd8com VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8% and Gold up to 1.2%. 6 Game and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Results
A verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in all vd8com games to ensure accurate and fair results. If a user has an objection regarding the outcome of a particular game, they may contact our support team. The game provider's server logs and records will be considered the final proof.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game or bet result is incomplete due to a technical issue or error, the relevant bet amount will be automatically refunded. If a user attempts to exploit a technical error for unfair gain, their account will be closed.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Bonus arbitrage or strategic abuse of bonuses.
- Attempting to alter game results or hacking.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using another user's account.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Using programs or bots to place bets automatically.
If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

10.2 User Account Closure
